Before choosing your shipping, please consider the following:
- When you receive notification that your package has arrived at our warehouse, contact us as soon as possible to confirm everything is correct and verify that your package has the required information (Name and PIN) to link it to your account.
- The USA-Mexico border crossing may take 1 to 2 business days. Therefore: Border crossing days + Shipping days = Total delivery days.
- No border crossings are done on holidays or weekends.
- The delivery time (priority or standard) starts once your package has been imported into Mexico.
- You can track directly with your order number within your profile.
- Customs times and schedules are subject to change due to holidays, force majeure, contingencies or seasonal schedules.

The calculation of the insurance is as follows:
Declared value of your product × 2% = Cost of transport insurance.
By contracting it, it covers the cost of any repair or replacement of the goods up to a maximum insured amount of 85% of the value of your product (15% deductible).
